- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- ½ pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
1. First he preheats the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil the bread pan to prevent sticking.
2. Place ground beef and ground pork in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.

6. Put the bread mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour. You can check doneness by sticking a meat thermometer into the center of the meatloaf. When fully cooked, the temperature should be 160°F (71°C).
7. This will allow the juice to spread more easily, making it easier to cut.
